Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Please note that all returned products must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Please Note: Due to the collectible nature of our products, opened Bishoujo Figures and Scale Figures cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. All sales of opened collectible figures are final to preserve their value and condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  4. Package the items securely with all original packaging
  5. Ship the package to our returns center at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
  • If the exchange is for a different product, price differences will be charged or refunded as appropriate

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Opened Bishoujo Figures (to preserve collectible value)
  • Opened Scale Figures (to preserve collectible value)
  • Plushies with removed tags or signs of use
  • Items not in original condition
