At CAPCOM Shop, we are dedicated to getting your officially licensed collectibles to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s how our shipping process works:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Please Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority! We want you to love your CAPCOM collectibles as much as we do. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our hassle-free returns policy is here to help.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- We will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package the items securely with all original packaging
- Ship the package to our returns center at: CAPCOM Shop Returns

Non-Returnable Items
Due to their collectible nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened Bishoujo Figures (to preserve collectible value)
- Opened Scale Figures (to preserve collectible value)
- Plushies with removed tags or signs of use
- Items not in original condition
Important: All sales of opened collectible figures are final to preserve their value and condition.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
- Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
- If the exchange is for a different product, price differences will be charged or refunded as appropriate
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of damaged items.
