Return Timeframe

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
4. Package the items securely with all original packaging

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

Damaged or Defective Items
